Launched on August 1, 2024, D Street Boardroom started purely as a side project and passion for surfing. I had noticed that big brand surf shop pricing was out of control, and it felt like the market was ready for a local surf shop, built by and for the community.
To keep prices fair without sacrificing quality, we launched our own brand: Hobo Surf Society (HSS). Alongside that, we collaborate with local artists, shapers, and surfers to bring out products that are unique, original, and rooted in surf culture.
What started as a hobby quickly took off, attracting a tight-knit community of surfers and ocean lovers. Today, D Street Boardroom is more than just a surf shop—it’s a living museum of boards, culture, and creativity.
